ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΣ ΛΟΥΚΙΣΑΣ
Alexandros Loukissas was born in Athens in 1957. He studied Painting, Engraving and Photography at the West Surrey School of Fine Arts in England, from where he graduated with Honors, receiving First Prize in Painting. Upon his return to Greece he concluded his studies in Piano, graduating from the Athens Conservatoire with Honors. Since 1986 he teaches Art in Secondary Education. He is a member of the Greek Chamber of Fine Arts, the Union of Educators of Arts, the Art Committee of the Mediterranean Piano Competition for Young Pianists, The International Cultural Foundation 21st Century, and serves as President of the Institute for Children’s Music Creativity.
